This is such bull-shift...

So me and my cooworkers in for quite a predicament. It was originally scheduled as this.... Kristin works thursday 7-10, Terri works monday 7-10, I work friday 7-10.

I have stations of the cross friday night, so I need to find someone to switch with. The next day, Kristin gives me a fb message asking if I can switch for her thursday shift for my friday. I'm like "oh my gosh, yes please! lol, I needed my friday shift switched anyways =]". So we switch shifts. I later realize that I cannot work thursady, I have a volleyball match (I even told my boss I couldn't work that day, wow I'm stupid), So I find another cooworker, Terri, if I can change for her monday for, now, my thrusday. She says yes. She calls me yestderday and tells me that when she got home after I told her she found out that she can no longer work that shift, she's called everyone and NO ONE can work that shift. I tell her that I could come and work after my vb match, but we have our match at 6 at Wheeling so I'd be late getting there. She tells me she'd take of it.... We need to have someone besides the shift leader there tomorrow at that time becasue thursday at 7 there's open gym volleyball and it gets REALLY hectic, so we pretty much need to have 2 people there at that time when people come to pay (everyone pays the $5 fee for volleyball, and there's always like 40 people coming in AT 7.

Even though she'll take care of it, I feel horrible becasue I didn't give alot of notice to change shifts. I'm always changing shifts every week for something and it sometimes messes things up like how it did this week. My boss tells me it's fine, but that I need to be more organized with my schedule. I'm always thinking about a thousand things each day and I often forget things.... ugh, I gotta get better at that

Permit: part 2/Pizza

Today I feel very boring. I don't feel like writing alot. Today I will talk very anti-climatic.

So I went to school to get my parking pass, but they had no stadium lot passes left. They told me that they would let me know if one comes in, or I could buy some of the main lot passes for a reduced price. 3rd period I got a pass to go down to the attendance office to get the pass they had for me. I went during lunch to get the paperwork out of my car. I came back and got the pass.

Later I had to deliver 20 orders of volleyball pizza fundraiser that came in. I was able to put them all in my car thankfully. My coach said to come back to practice if you can, but don't worry if you can't. I was able to deliver all the orders to the people in an hour. I came back to practice around 5:15.

I don't know, today I had lots to do, even more than I said but right now I just don't feel like writing in detail; I'm kinda tired.

Parking Permit

Part 1:
So today was the first day in which I was able to drive to school. It was also the first time that I had the ability to drive the new 3rd car that my family recently obtained. Driving to school for the first time felt really relaxing, feeling the wind in my hair (not really), taking my dandy ole' time not having to be rushed, and having to park in the stadium lot. If you're one of those luck suckers who's had to park in the stadium lot, you realize that it's quite a hike to the school. Now it doesn't look too far, it looks like it's just down the road, which is true; try walking it carring a backpack over your shoulder and an athletic bag on your hand in the brisk morning cold. It feels like you're walking a mile. Dodging cars as you stroll through the main lot where all the.... (how do I say this nicely) "underclassmen" have their fancy schmancy cars and cute little main lot parking passes that their mothers most likely paid for. So yea, walking to the school from the stadium lot is quite an adventure for me.

Part 2:
During lunch, I was talking to one of my friends about how today was the first time where I was able to drive to school. Knowing that it's free to park in the stadium lot, I was just like "mu ha ha, I park in the stadium lot for free" and she's like "oh, so you have the parking pass, right?" I'm like, "say-ya whaaa?". She's like, "uh, yea... you need a parking pass even to park in the stadium lot, otherwise you could get a ticket and it's a $20 fee." Alright so now I'm freaking out.... This would happen to me. I drive to school for the first time, and now I'm about to get a fricken' ticket.... wow, fml. So I ask her where to get the pass, and she tells me to go in the Attendance Office. So I make my way out to the Attendance Office where all the mean ladies work and yell at you for asking them a question. So I go into the office, and ask one of the ladies where you get the sheet to fill out to get a pass. She tells me (probably thinking I'm a dumbshit for wanting a parking pass 2 months before school gets out) that they're in the bin right in front of me. I grab one and go back to lunch. I'm kinda worried for the rest of the day thinking what's gonna happen if I get a stupid ticket.

Part 3:
After volleyball practice, I was really thinking to myself "crap..." because I knew I would get back to my car, and there'd be my first ticket sitting peacefully on the windshield. I'm walking ever so slowly, thinking about how this is such an epic fail. Once again I'm dodging cars racing out of the main lot. I get to where the tennis courts are, and a car honks and waves as they pass by. I'm alone, walking by myself to my car. Oh crap, I have work at 7, almost forgot (I'm thinking about random things during my walk). I get to the stadium lot. For some reason, that car that honked is following me around now. He drives around and pulls back and asks if I need a ride home (yea, there's no way Brian Theis drives a car, he must be walking home). I'm like, "nope I drove here, but thanks though!". He drives off. I can see my car now, it's all the way at the end. I creep closer thinking about that stupid ticket I'm about to get. Ugh, this is such a fail... this would happen. I then get to my car.... DUN DUN DUN!!!!!! I can't find the ticket. I'm like, hmmm, it's probably hidden somewhere. So I look everywhere for the ticket. Yes, I am looking for the ticket, just in case. I can't find it anywhere. Hmm, maybe I didn't get a ticket after all =). I felt so awesome! I would have been so mad if had gotten a ticket. So I get into my car and drive home. I head home, grab something to eat and head off to work.

THE END

Holy wow it's a been quite a long time....

So what happened with me today? uh, let's see....

1) I had work at 6:45 am... ugh, it was so boring
2) I went home to take a solid hour and a half nap
3) I drove people around like crazy to their friends house, or where ever else they needed to be
4) I did some homework.... yes, I said homework.... ugh, so much for spring break
5) I sat around and did like nothing for the rest of the day, learned a new song for guitar but that's like it
6) OH! well, this could probably be like #5, but oh well... but I saw Duke win over, idk whoever they played (just goes to show how much I actually pay attention)
7) I wrote this note.... mu ha ha ha!

so I guess that's pretty much it... ugh, school tomorrow. Oh well, I might actually get to drive for the first time ever! =D
